Shipping policy

The main delivery methods are Matkahuolto parcel delivery and pick-up from the company's office in Kuokkala, Jyväskylä. You can arrange an exact pick-up time by phone (also via WhatsApp) at +358509104619 or on Instagram. Pick-up is usually possible between 10 am and 4 pm, but other times are also possible.

We strive to ship products in stock/for pick-up within 1-2 days, and custom products/products out of stock within 1-7 days, depending on the product and situation. The delivery time (handling+transport) for non-custom products is approximately 2-5 business days.

Indeed, if the product or color you want is out of stock or you want another product to order, please contact us! In addition to jewelry and accessories, Goodness Design also offers a sewing service, you can ask more about this if you wish.
